We're Hiring: Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Lux Media!

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for weddings, social media, and content creation? Lux Media is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our small, dynamic team!

This is NOT a job for someone looking to copy and paste their resume. We want self-starters who bring good energy, initiative, and creativity to the table. If you can take feedback like a pro, stay organized and consistent with posting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

What You'll Be Doing:
-Managing and growing our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
-Creating and posting engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, etc.)
-Editing wedding photos and videos for social media use
-Developing a content strategy alongside our team
-Engaging with other accounts and communities
-Staying on top of trends and implementing creative ideas

Requirements:
Social media marketing & content creation experience
Ability to take initiative and stay consistent with posting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A tough mind for feedback and a willingness to improve
Experience in photo/video editing

Compensation & Schedule:
$500/month to start
Full-time (40 hours/week)
