ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced social media manager to handle posting, scheduling, and community engagement for a US-based medical wellness brand. You will manage multiple platforms, respond to comments and DMs, and help grow an engaged online audience. This is a hands-on execution role — you will be given the content, and your job is to post it right and manage the community around it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Schedule and publish video clips, graphics, and written posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions daily
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the video editor on posting schedule
• Flag negative comments, spam, or anything requiring client attention
• Track basic engagement metrics weekly and report to the client
• Engage authentically with followers to grow community and brand affinity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years managing social media accounts professionally (not just personal use)
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously
• Excellent written English — responses must sound natural and on-brand
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool, or similar)
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of medical or wellness brands is a plus but not required

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience growing accounts from under 5k followers
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva is fine)
• Familiarity with paid social or boosting posts

Compensation: ?35,000 – ?46,000/mo (~$600 – $800 USD)
