OCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: Marketing / Social Media
REPORTS TO: CEO
WORK HOURS, PART-TIME: 2- 3 Hours Per Day (Flexible Schedule), 8:00 AM CST- 4:00 PM CST. Monday- Friday
STARTING SALARY: $5-$6 per hour

Job Summary
Manage our social media platforms on a daily basis. Create and schedule content, engage with followers, monitor trends and perform the Instagra
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and schedule social media content for Instagram and
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
Design graphics and social media posts using Canva
Repurpose existing photo and video content into reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos
Research social media trends, competitor activity, and content ideas
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules
Engage with potential clients through likes, comments, story interactions, and direct messages following our established outreach process.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
Track outreach efforts and lead activity within our CRM or tracking system.
Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong understanding of Instagram and
Ability to take on several tasks at once.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Slack, CapCut or similar software.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
Fast learner with a willingness to receive feedback and improve
Experience working with real estate, photography, videography, or marketing businesses is preferred
Customer service experience is a plus
