Social Media Manager

Are you a social media pro who knows what’s trending and how to create engaging content that drives organic leads? Real Focused Media is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence!

About Us
Real Focused Media provides high-quality real estate photography and media services for Spokane-area Realtors. We focus on delivering beautiful marketing materials with excellent customer service.

The Role
We need someone who can:
Create and manage social media posts and reels across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Stay on top of social media trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Handle Metricool (or suggest other social media management tools).
Develop and execute an organic content strategy (no ad spend).
Assist with email marketing to engage our audience.

Who You Are
You live and breathe social media trends and know what performs well.
You’re creative, organized, and can manage content calendars efficiently.
You have experience with social media growth strategies and organic engagement.
You’re familiar with email marketing platforms ( Mailchimp).
Bonus: Experience in real estate or photography industries!

Hours & Pay
Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Flexible schedule (preferably available in PST hours as needed)
$5+ per hour (depending on experience)
