Social Media Manager

1). Be very familiar with CRM Upgrade to see actual info
2). able to write newsletters in commercial real estate
3) find quotes from famous real estate people, influencers, top authors, etc.
4), create posts real estate related; lifestyle posts
5) Be very familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Meetup, etc.
6) edit photos and videos efficiently
7) at least 5 years of experience with each social media channel.

any other skills to do a good job in social media and digital marketing.

Will start part-time for 4-8 weeks. if qualified, will change to full-time.
Start from $6.00/hour, will increase if qualified.
