Pay: $300/month

About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility, engagement, and inbound leads across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on HVAC business owners. You’ll be responsible for content creation, engagement, and community-building.

Your success in this role means:
More HVAC business owners engaging with our content
A growing, active Facebook Group (HVAC Champions)
More inbound inquiries for our services

Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content (text, graphics, carousels, short-form videos).
Manage and grow the Facebook Group (engagement, moderation, community-building).
Engage with HVAC business owners in groups, comments, and DMs.
Repurpose existing content into short-form posts and visuals.
Track and report engagement and growth metrics.
Identify viral content trends to increase reach.
Monitor and respond to messages and comments.

Required Skills & Experience
Social Media Management – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Content Creation & Canva Design – Ability to create eye-catching graphics and posts
Community Engagement & Growth – Engaging in comments, DMs, and Facebook Groups
Analytics & Strategy – Understanding content performance metrics and improving reach
Basic Video Editing – Creating short-form videos for reels and stories
Lead Generation Mindset – Ability to convert engagement into leads
Self-Starter – Must be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred)

Facebook
Ads Experience – Running basic boosted posts or retargeting ads
CRM Experience – HubSpot, HighLevel, or similar
Copywriting & Hashtag Strategy
