Seeking someone to serve as a Facebook Social Media Manager and another person to be our Pinterest Specialist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have a small animal sanctuary in the woods. We volunteer our time to care for the forest to help prevent wildfires and we have dogs, chickens, and goats to help with trail maintenance and symbiotic regenerative agriculture.

Naturally some of the dogs have become fond of one another and have thus made babies. Some of the dogs we have adopted came pregnant already. Ultimately we have way more dogs than we can keep up with currently.
We need to sell the puppies to minimize our expenses for animal feed and keep our dog pack small. We want these amazing doggies to bond with their individual fur-ever families as soon as possible.

This is an urgent position needing immediate results.

We don't currently have an online presence aside from a YouTube channel with some shorts posted. We need to reach the people looking to purchase a puppy and seek someone who can create a Facebook account, build a page, post ads, and interact in the groups that will get us in front of those people ready to bring home a dog.

We also need someone else who is a specialist with building Pinterest accounts and attracting people who specifically want our breeds which include: American Staffordshire, Bluetick Heeler, and Great Pyrenees.

Many kids want a puppy and many adults do too! We will talk with you in more detail about the characteristics of these dogs upon hire.
We will collaborate on the creative look and I will supply photos and text.

Your time will be spent more on starting accounts, posting what I provide, and organic outreach than any research on breeds or creative text copy. Please do ask any and all questions that come up for you.

In your reply of interest please elaborate on your relationship to dogs and how you could help these animals and help us find their best people matches.


PAYMENT:
Ideally I would like to offer a commission based pay rather than an hourly at this time since I don't currently have income myself. However please let me know your needs for this opportunity and hopefully we can work something out.

These dogs sell for a wide range, depending on the buyer themselves. Typically between $600. - $2000. each. In the past I have accepted a sliding scale however if your skills can help us market these pups, showcasing their value, then the 2k price should be easy to get per dog which would earn you up to $200./ dog.

We have a lot of dogs available now and more on the way. Some are around 8 weeks old and some are closer to 8 months old.

Flexibility: show us your creative vision and work the hours you want as long as goals are reached on a daily and weekly basis. We can work out the best time of day for daily reporting and weekly check ins.

Income: 10% commission to start with and swift raise or bonus opportunities based on performance.

Growth Opportunities: potential for helping us with YouTube also, and perhaps a puppy products store as well, which can also earn you greater commissions or potentially turn into additional negotiable hourly pay when the income flows our way.

Collaborative Environment: We will pre-approve everything before you post it and give positive feedback as well as kind constructive criticism if need be to get to the vision and goal at hand of placing dogs with good people for a life of joy and Love for all.

USA Visit: We do have space available for the right team players who may want to visit or move to the United States. We are located in Northern California and can provide a great living environment after your work ethic and results are proven. TBD.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create FB account page, content strategies, ads, and monthly calendars aligned with brand goals.
Or if you are the Pinterest Superstar we seek then you'll set up an account and build it rapidly so we attract doggie buyers ASAP.
Both positions involve publishing engaging posts and moderating social interactions across different groups or within direct messages.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver reports.
Identify and develop partnerships with influencers and potentially manage affiliate programs down the road.
