Social Media & Influencer Manager VIDEO CONTENT | Reels, UGS, Ads | IF, FB, TikTok

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager. Our company is a small but mighty team. We currently have over 100 SKU's and generate 7 figures in revenue per year in the baby niche on Amazon. Our goal is to replicate this success on our Shopify site and social media sales platforms.

Our brand is in the BABY NICHE selling physical bedding products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts with strong knowledge in content strategy and the ability to execute. You MUST be a go getter that has the ability to create strategies, solutions, and systems to present to the team and then IMPLEMENT them independently.

Main Responsibilities
- Positing daily content on FB, IG, and TikTok that converts viewers to clicks (and clicks to buyers) to our website.
- Interacting with comments and messages
- Working with influencers to develop UGC
- Working with our team to develop campaigns to promote new and existing products (giveaways, etc.)
- Advertising on Instagram, FB, and TikTok

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok and Walmart (Pinterest is a plus)
- Experience advertising on Social Media
- MUST have experience reach out to and connecting with influencers to create User Generated Content.
- Extensive knowledge of keyword research techniques and tools, particularly Helium 10.
- You will determine what is working for our competition and do it even better!
- You can determine trends, how to drive traffic immediately, and dive right in.
- Create reels, recycle reels, and/or outsource efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

EXPERIENCE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA ADS
BONUS: Experience and ability to write compelling copy.
