Social Media Growth Assistant

We're Upgrade to see actual info, a new platform based in Germany, where YouTube Shorts creators can earn extra revenue by using our music and receiving a share of the music licensing cost.
We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Assistant to manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts accounts by developing and executing strategies that attract creators aged 16-29 interested in monetizing their content, building our community from the ground up (basically starting from 0).
In this role, you’ll edit and produce videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to create engaging, on-brand content that connects with our target audience.
You’ll also design posts and Instagram Stories (e.g. by using Canva or something similar) to keep our online presence consistent and visually appealing. Beyond creating content, you’ll interact with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering engagement to build a loyal follower base from scratch.
Additionally, you’ll conduct cold outreach on Instagram to connect with potential users, influencers, and creators, promoting our platform and driving registrations.
