Role Overview

The SoMe Graphic Designer will play a key role in elevating 2San’s social media presence, creating visually engaging content tailored to our brand and audience. This role requires expertise in social media design, a strong grasp of general graphic design principles, and the ability to support the team with PowerPoint and other design projects. With coverage for the Australia time zone, the designer will ensure timely responses to regional needs while maintaining alignment with 2San’s global brand strategy.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Develop and design creative content for 2San’s social media channels, including posts, stories, and ads, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Provide backup support for PowerPoint design, including layout adjustments, formatting, and ensuring brand consistency.
Serve as the primary designer for social media content during the Australia time zone, addressing regional needs while coordinating with the global team.
Design a variety of general graphic assets, including digital banners, infographics, and email visuals, to support 2San’s marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on social media design trends and platform-specific best practices to keep 2San’s content fresh and engaging.

Key Skills & Experience

A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Graphics Design or other related field.
A minimum of 1 year recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital
OR

A minimum of 3 years recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital
AND

Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on social media content creation.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Ability to work independently during Australia time zone hours while maintaining clear communication with the global team.
Experience designing for various social media platforms, with knowledge of platform-specific requirements and trends.

Software Expertise

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for motion graphics is a plus).
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, with skills to design and edit professional presentations.
Knowledge of project management tools like Wrike for task collaboration and tracking.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems for organizing and sharing design files. Knowledge of digital asset management systems and tools for effective workflow management.

Circumstances & Compensation

Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in AU time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 30,000 PHP per month
