Social Media & Email Assistant (Content Execution | Part-Time)

We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented assistant to manage the execution of email and social media content for a business podcast and related platforms.

This is not a strategy role.?Your job is to take content, process it using AI tools and templates, and publish it accurately and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Content Execution (AI + Templates)
• Use tools like CastMagic, ChatGPT, (or similar AI tools) to generate:
• Podcast show notes
• Weekly email drafts
• Social media posts
• Edit and refine content for clarity, tone, and accuracy
• Follow structured templates and examples (not starting from scratch)

2. Email Marketing
• Build and schedule weekly emails in ActiveCampaign
• Format emails so they are clean, readable, and error-free
• QA all emails before sending (links, spacing, formatting, etc.)

3. Social Media Scheduling
• Create simple graphics using Canva templates
• Schedule posts using tools like SmarterQueue
• Ensure consistent posting cadence (primarily LinkedIn)

4. Content & Task Management
• Track what is scheduled, drafted, dan published
• Follow workflows and checklists without missing steps
• Meet deadlines without needing reminders

5. Additional Support
• Execute content for events, announcements, and campaigns as needed
• Make small updates to templates over time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):
Required:
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail (this is critical)
• Experience with:
• Email platforms (ActiveCampaign or similar)
• Social scheduling tools (Smarter Queue is a plus)
• Canva
• Trello
• Comfortable using AI tools (or able to learn quickly)
• Reliable and responsive
• Able to work independently and follow instructions

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Emails and posts go out on time, every time
• Content is clean and requires minimal edits
• Nothing falls through the cracks
• You manage your work without being chased

COMPENSATION
• USD$6-8 per hour / based on experience (pay increase after 60 days)
• Paid via WISE or PayPal
• Opportunity to grow into more hours and responsibility over time
