This is a part time position with the potential for full-time within six months. PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES AS WELL!
This role is specifically a content manager for a real estate team in the Florida Panhandle. Our YouTube channel is our primary lead generation engine, targeting families, veterans, and professionals making long-distance moves to the area. It is ran by two of the agents on the team. We want to move into Instagram and grow our social media presence. We have an AI system built and the content generated, we need someone to manage and help us post/create the short form video, etc.
On our channel, we publish long-form educational videos that are data-heavy and conversational. Our audience comes to us for honest local expertise, and our content reflects that. We have a defined brand voice and visual style that this role is expected to match exactly.
This is a content management role, not just a clipping job. You’ll own four interconnected pipelines — long-form video production, short-form distribution, AI-assisted content operations, and multi-platform social publishing. A typical week spans all four, a typical day three out of four mostly.
Long-Form Video Production
• Publish finished videos to YouTube with fully optimized metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails
• Track video performance in YouTube Studio and report key metrics (views, watch time, CTR, subscriber impact) on a weekly basis
•. Our videos are edited by a third party who will provide the completed video and thumnail. We post every four days. You will not be required to edit long form content.
Short-Form Content (YouTube Shorts, Reels)
• Identify and cut the highest-value clips from long-form YouTube videos for distribution as Shorts and Reels.
• Apply SEO best practices to every short: hooks, captions, hashtags, and platform-specific formatting
• Schedule and publish across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and
• Monitor short-form performance metrics and flag what’s working for content strategy discussions
•. Cut and Edit 5-7 raw short form videos for Instagram Reels every week. This will be a preponderance of your duties. We
have the content machine already built--we record, we drop in a folder, you edit according to our brand guide, you post.
AI Content Operations (Claude AI)
• Manage and operate our Claude AI content workflow — we call it our Content Machine — to generate written content from video scripts and research
• Convert AI-generated output into polished, publish-ready blog posts formatted for our Google Business Profile pages
• Maintain consistency between written blog content and the corresponding video — same data, same voice, same accuracy standards
• Post Polished AI Content across 3-5 Google My Business Pages (Depending on which content).
Multi-Platform Social Media Management
• Manage content publishing and scheduling across LinkedIn,
• Adapt content format and copy for each platform — what works on YouTube doesn’t always land the same on LinkedIn or other platforms.
• Maintain the content calendar and upload tracker in Google Sheets. Provide weekly updates on specific data metrics.
• Communicate daily progress via WhatsApp and report to the Executive Team weekly with data metrics and updated channel metrics
What We’re Looking For
Skills and demonstrated output matter more to us than niche background — you don’t need real estate experience to thrive, but it is an added bonus. But this is a multi-discipline role, and we need someone who can operate across video, SEO, AI tools, and social media without fail.
• Proven experience editing short-form video content — show us your work
• YouTube SEO: keyword research, title writing, descriptions, tags, and chapter markers...a willingness to learn our niche and apply everything.
• Comfortable working inside YouTube Studio end-to-end: uploading, scheduling, metadata, and analytics
• Experience managing or publishing content across LinkedIn,
• Comfortable working with AI writing tools (Claude AI or similar) to produce and refine written content
• Ability to write clean, clear English for blog posts, descriptions, and social captions — no fluff, no filler
• Detail-oriented and process-driven — you’ll follow a defined style guide, not freelance the brand. All the brand guides and
• Self-managed and reliable — async work means we’re trusting your output without daily oversight
• Proficient with Google Drive and Google Sheets for file management and performance tracking
• Available for at least 4–6 hours of overlap with US Central Timezones.
Tools You’ll Work With
• YouTube Studio — upload management, scheduling, analytics
• Taja.AI — AI-assisted YouTube SEO (we’ll provide access)

• Your own editing software — CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent (whatever you are comfortable with, we will get for you)
