JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to support our content creation and marketing efforts. This full-time, remote role requires someone who can efficiently handle basic social media tasks, manage content creator outreach, and ensure the smooth execution of social media posts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to follow structured processes, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working across two companies.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update a comprehensive spreadsheet of content creators, including their emails, social media handles, and progress updates.
- Assist with outreach efforts by sending pre-written messages for initial contact and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and organize social media posts, ensuring timely uploads of finalized videos across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Keep content calendars up-to-date and ensure consistency in posting schedules.
- Assist with organic content sourcing, including reviewing user-generated content, testimonials, and repurposing completed ads.
- Conduct data scraping on social media and help gather contact information as needed.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and using task management tools (e.g., Notion) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
