Social Media Content Creator for SaaS App Tutorials — iOS App + Dashboard

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to help create tutorial-style content for Shyftgrid, a modern sales/CRM platform with both an iOS app and a web dashboard.

The main goal of this role is to create clear, professional, easy-to-understand content that teaches users how to use Shyftgrid, explains the benefits of the platform, and helps promote the software across all major social media platforms.

You will be responsible for creating videos, captions, graphics, short-form content, long-form tutorials, and platform-specific posts for:

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

This is not just basic posting. We need someone who can understand the app, learn the features, turn them into useful content, and create content that makes people want to use Shyftgrid.

Shyftgrid is a sales and CRM platform designed to help businesses manage leads, track customer conversations, organize follow-ups, improve sales workflow, and help sales teams stay productive. The platform includes a web dashboard and an iOS app.

You will be creating content that explains how users can:

Log in and access the platform
Use the iOS app
Use the dashboard
Manage leads and contacts
Track sales activity
Follow up with customers
Understand CRM workflows
Improve productivity
Use Shyftgrid as a daily sales tool
Understand why Shyftgrid is useful for sales teams and business owners

Main Responsibilities

Create tutorial videos for the Shyftgrid iOS app and web dashboard.

Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Create longer tutorial videos for YouTube.

Create professional business-style posts for LinkedIn.

Create helpful discussion-style posts for Reddit.

Create educational Facebook posts for business owners and sales teams.

Write captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and call-to-actions for each platform.

Turn app features into simple content that non-technical users can understand.

Create screen recordings of the iOS app and dashboard.

Add voiceover, subtitles, text overlays, arrows, zoom-ins, and callouts when needed.

Create content that explains both “how to use it” and “why it helps.”

Help build a consistent social media content system for Shyftgrid.

Repurpose one topic into multiple platform formats.

Keep content organized in folders by platform and topic.

We need someone who is reliable, organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

You should be able to take a feature inside the app and turn it into multiple pieces of content.
