About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to support our Digital Marketing team in
managing client content creation and posting schedules across social platforms. This role is
ideal for someone who loves creating engaging, on-brand content and thrives in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment.
You'll be responsible for creating and scheduling content (graphics, reels, and posts) for salon
and beauty-industry clients — ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with each client's
brand voice.

What You'll Do
• Create visually compelling social media content using Canva, including graphics,
carousels, and reels.
• Edit and produce video reels using CapCut, including transitions, text effects, and
templates optimized for social media.
• Plan and schedule posts for multiple clients across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta
Business Suite.
• Maintain and manage posting calendars to ensure consistent, timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and optimize
performance.
• Stay current on social media trends — especially within the beauty and salon industry.
• Work independently to problem-solve and drive content performance and audience
engagement.

What We're Looking For
• Proficient in Canva & CapCut — Strong working knowledge of both platforms for
designing graphics and producing video reels.
• Social Media Savvy — Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
or businesses, with familiarity across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
• Trend-Aware — Up to date on social media trends, viral content formats, and best
practices — especially within the beauty and salon space.
• Creative Mindset — Has an eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling, and thinks
outside the box to develop unique, engaging content ideas.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated — Takes initiative, problem-solves independently, and is
always looking for ways to improve results.
• Strong Communication Skills — Communicates clearly and professionally with team
members; asks questions when needed and keeps projects moving efficiently.
• Excellent Time Management — Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client
deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-Oriented — Ensures content is polished, on-brand, and aligned with each client's
strategy before publishing.
• Proficient in English — Strong reading and writing skills for crafting captions, scripts,
and team communications.
• Beauty Industry Experience — Previous experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness
industry is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy — Comfortable with digital tools and proactive in finding creative solutions.
• US Eastern Time Zone — Comfortable working during US EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM).

Additional Details
• Approximately 30 hours per week.
• Potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and fit.
