Social Media Content Creator

Hello! I'm looking for a creative, bilingual (English & Spanish) content creator to develop engaging and visually appealing social media content for three businesses:
1. Party Entertainment Business: Fun & Professional tone
2. Non-Profit Organization: Fun, Professional, Engaging, and Entertaining tone
3. Digital Marketing Business: Creative, Innovative, and Professional tone

If you are passionate about content creation, love social media trends, and have experience creating effective social media ads, I would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Create approximately 15 posts per month (2 posts per week for each business)
- Develop creative, trendy, and viral content for Instagram (reels, carousels, graphics)
- Write engaging bilingual captions (English & Spanish)
- Create social media ads that align with each brand’s voice and goals
- Edit provided videos and photos to align with brand aesthetics
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and themes
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
- Adapt content to the unique tone and audience of each business

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation (reels, graphics, captions)
- Experience creating social media ads (design, copywriting, targeting)
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish
- Creativity and ability to follow social media trends
- Familiarity with event/entertainment, non-profit, and digital marketing industries is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and remotely
