About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Brand Manager to develop, execute and optimise social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms. The primary objective is to grow each account’s following, engagement, and overall brand presence while meeting monthly targets and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Work with leadership to define clear goals, KPIs, and targets for each brand and platform.

Develop tailored social media plans that span organic and paid content, influencer collaborations, and other relevant marketing tactics.

Content Creation & Management:

Plan and create compelling content for daily posts (videos, graphics, captions, stories, etc.) across various platforms, including:

Thought Leaders (Individuals) – LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X

Perfume Brand eCommerce (Main) – LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X

Perfume Brand eCommerce (Motivational) – TikTok, Instagram

Perfume Brand eCommerce (Storyteller) – TikTok, Instagram

Tree cutting Business – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

Barbershop – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

Coordinate with on-site staff to capture raw footage or imagery, then edit and produce final content for publication.

Performance & Execution:

Ensure each platform’s unique goals are met, including follower growth, increased engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion (sales).

Monitor analytics daily to measure content performance, identify trends, and adapt strategies to maximise results.

Collaboration & Communication:

Maintain regular communication with internal teams and leadership to align social media initiatives with business objectives.

Provide clear creative briefs and guidelines to local staff to facilitate the recording of raw content that meets brand and campaign requirements.

Reporting & Accountability:

Present monthly performance reports outlining key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Propose adjustments to content strategy based on data insights and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media success (growth, engagement, conversions) across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in creating short-form video content, graphics, and engaging copy.

Excellent understanding of influencer marketing, paid advertisements, and audience targeting.

Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of coordinating and overseeing remote teams.

Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results under a performance-based framework.

Payment Structure:

Monthly Payment: You will be paid at the end of each month based on the results achieved.

Performance-Based Rewards:

Overachievement: Exceeding agreed goals will result in an increased payment.

Meeting Expectations: Delivery on targets as outlined in the statement of work will earn the agreed base amount.

Below Expectations: If deliverables and targets fall short, payment will be adjusted to reflect the actual results produced.

This structure is designed for candidates who back themselves to exceed targets and are confident in their ability to produce outstanding results.
