Social Media & Blog Content Assistant (AI-Assisted)

Remote | Part-Time | Starting at 150 PHP/hour

We are hiring a Social Media & Blog Content Assistant to support two growing businesses:

• An Electronics Company
• A B2B Software / Marketing SaaS Company

The role focuses on creating consistent social media content and AI-assisted blog writing. This position suits someone who is organised, comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, and experienced in writing blog content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

You will be responsible for maintaining consistent daily social media activity.
• Create 4 social media posts per day
• 2 posts for the Electronics company
• 2 posts for the SaaS / Marketing software company
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Use scheduling tools such as Buffer or similar
• Ensure posts are relevant, engaging, and aligned with each company’s industry

Most posts can be scheduled in batches, but daily consistency is required.

Blog Content Creation

You will produce AI-assisted blog content using ChatGPT.
• 4,000 words per week total
• Typically 4 blogs per week
• 2 blogs for the Electronics company
• 2 blogs for the SaaS / Marketing software company
• We will provide:
• Blog topics
• Content inputs
• SEO guidelines
• You will be responsible for:
• Structuring the article
• Editing and improving ChatGPT output
• Adding links and formatting
• Ensuring readability and accuracy

We will also use tools to define schema and SEO structure, which you will help implement.

Requirements

You must have:
• Experience writing blog posts (AI-assisted or traditional)
• Strong written English
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Buffer
• Social media schedulers
• Basic SEO principles
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver content consistently

Applicants must provide examples of previous blog posts or writing work.

Working Hours
• Minimum: 2 hours per day
• Typical: 4–6 hours per day
• Maximum: 6 hours per day

Social media posts may be prepared in batches, but daily posting must always be maintained.

At the end of each week, you must have completed:
• At least one blog post per company
• All scheduled social media posts

Pay Structure
• 150 PHP per hour (first 3 months)
• 175 PHP per hour after 3 months (performance based)
• 200 PHP per hour after 6 months (performance based)

After this period, compensation will be reviewed quarterly based on performance and consistency.
