Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage fan engagement across multiple social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok.

This role is focused on communicating with followers, responding to fans, engaging in comment sections, replying to DMs, and helping maintain a warm, professional, and consistent voice across all accounts. The right person should have strong written English, good judgment, and a natural understanding of how to communicate online in a way that feels friendly, respectful, and on-brand.

Responsibilities
-Respond to fan comments across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
-Reply to DMs and help manage incoming messages
-Engage with followers in comment sections in a natural and positive way
-Help maintain strong fan relationships across all social accounts
-Identify important messages, opportunities, or concerns and bring them to the team’s attention
-Use standard access to assist with day-to-day fan communication and engagement
-Keep track of messages or comments that may need a more personal response from the artist/team
-Help create a consistent tone and voice across all fan interactions
-Support the team with basic social media engagement tasks as needed

Important Note
This role will involve standard access to social media accounts, so trust, professionalism, and discretion are very important. You will not be expected to make major brand decisions on your own, but you will be expected to help manage day-to-day fan communication and know when something should be escalated to the team.
