We’re a women’s health and beauty brand looking for a friendly, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Admin Assistant to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with our community, managing customer support, and ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Social Media Management
- Create and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Reply to comments and DMs across all platforms in a warm, helpful, on-brand voice
- Ensure our social feeds are visually cohesive, engaging, and aligned with brand goals
- Help brainstorm and execute content ideas, especially short-form video and community-driven posts

Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, DMs, and support platforms
- Handle returns, product questions, and order issues quickly and professionally
- Track and follow up on open support conversations to ensure customer satisfaction

Fulfillment Management
- Oversee, process and manage daily order fulfillment
- Ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks or updates as needed

Admin & Backend Tasks
- Keep customer support records and fulfillment logs organized
- Identify and flag common customer issues to improve processes
- Support the team with simple backend admin tasks as needed

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are naturally friendly, empathetic, and love helping people
- Have a good eye for design and enjoy creating beautiful, scroll-stopping social media content
- Are detail-oriented and love keeping things organized and efficient
- Are confident managing fulfillment and support independently
- Are familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, Google Sheets, and basic email tools
- Can juggle multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks

Nice to Have:
- Experience using Gorgias for customer support
- Familiarity with ShipBob, ShipOffers, or FedEx for order fulfillment
- Understanding of social media content trends, especially on TikTok and YouTube
- Experience with e-commerce operations or logistics platforms
- Background working with consumer products or DTC brands

Do NOT Apply If You:
- Don’t have at least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Don’t have at least 2 years of experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Don’t enjoy talking and engaging with customers
- Don’t have experience managing backend logistics
- Need to be micromanaged or wait to be told what to do
- Struggle with deadlines, consistency, or follow-through
- Don’t have an eye for visuals or social media branding
