Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and creative Social & Demand Generation Assistant to help with content creation, scheduling, and social media management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while being available on-call Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 3 PM EST for urgent updates, edits, or scheduling requests.
While the workload will not exceed 10 hours per week, we need someone who can handle the fast-paced nature of content production and stay proactive in managing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
? Content Creation:
Produce 10 pieces of content weekly, including:
5 static posts or carousels (for LinkedIn & Meta)
5 short-form or long-form videos (for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels)
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Implement text graphics, video edits, and engaging captions to maximize visibility.
? Scheduling & Content Management:
Schedule and manage all content across YouTube, Meta
Keep content aligned with the weekly and monthly posting calendar.
Stay on top of YouTube scheduling needs, ensuring consistency and optimization.
? On-Call Communication & Updates:
Must be available on-call Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 3 PM EST for:
Urgent content updates, revisions, or edits.
Last-minute scheduling changes or campaign adjustments.
Maintain quick response times and proactive communication for all assigned tasks.
? Content Research & Brand Awareness:
Research industry trends, competitors, and best practices to improve engagement and performance.
Source relevant images and information for content creation (as we do not provide all assets).
Qualifications & Skills Required:
?? Proven experience in social media management & content creation.
?? Strong skills in graphic design & video editing for social media.
?? Experience using scheduling tools & social media management platforms.
?? Ability to work independently while handling a fast-paced workload.
?? Excellent communication skills and ability to stay on-call during work hours.
?? Must be reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
?? Must be comfortable working EST hours.
Compensation & Expectations:
$100 per week for up to 10 hours of work.
Must be able to consistently deliver high-quality content on time.
On-call Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM EST for updates & urgent requests.
Role is remote but requires strong availability and responsiveness during ESTV work hours.
