JOB OVERVIEW

TYPE: FULL TIME, WFH
HOURS: DAY-SHIFT

We're looking for a creative and organised digital all-rounder to take ownership of our online presence across More Than Mortgages and More Than Mentoring Group. This role is central to how we show up in the world. From social media and blogs to our website and brand consistency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content & Website Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining all digital content and website. This role focuses on content creation, digital platform management and brand implementation with the autonomy to work from home while staying closely connected to the broader team.

CONTENT CREATION & PUBLISHING
• Create, schedule and publish social media content across MTM and MTMG platforms
• Write blog articles for broker review prior to publishing
• Create monthly newsletters and manage ActivePipe
• Develop social media reels and posts using Canva
• Maintain a forward-planned content calendar, including key industry dates such as RBA announcements

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
• Manage and maintain website functionality, including plugin renewals and updates
• Update photos, bios, links and page content as required
• Create new tea ---------- mber profiles
• Create and edit website pages as directed
• Monitor and test website performance to ensure functionality and brand consistency

BRAND IMPLEMENTATION
• Apply established brand guidelines across all content and digital platforms
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone and presentation
• Maintain professional and accurate representation of MTM and MTMG

DIGITAL ADMINISTRATION
• Maintain a secure record of online subscriptions, logins and passwords
• Create and update corporate email signatures
REPORTING & INSIGHTS
• Monitor Google Analytics and provide a monthly summary report to leadership
• Identify trends in website and content performance and report observations
• Suggest tools, AI platforms or digital systems that may improve efficiency

SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support execution of marketing initiatives as directed by leadership
• Assist tea ---------- mbers with setup or management of professional social accounts where MTM or MTMG is represented

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Consistent creation and publishing of social content
• Monthly newsletter distribution
• Website functionality maintained and updated
• Monthly Google Analytics summary provided
• Brand consistency maintained across all digital platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Organisational ability to manage content calendars and deadlines
• Confidence using website platforms and digital tools
• Ability to interpret data trends and summarise findings
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Working knowledge of AI tools and digital efficiencies
