Skilled Video Editor

We are a digital marketing agency that works exclusively with law firms. We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who can create engaging, high-quality videos from raw footage with quick turnaround times.

You’ll be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form content for YouTube, social media, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate has a good eye for storytelling, pacing, and visuals - and can maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.

We value editors who are organised, proactive, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Edit video content (YouTube, Reels, Ads, Tutorials, etc.) to meet brand and creative standards
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, and other enhancements to improve engagement. We have a preference for Harmozi-style editing.
- Manage project timelines and ensure fast turnaround
- Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions

Requirements:
- Proven video editing experience (please include portfolio links)
- Strong proficiency in at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with OBS Studio is optional but useful (for recording and troubleshooting)
- Understanding of camera settings, lighting, and audio basics
- Reliable internet connection and communication skills
- Willingness to complete a short test project

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with YouTube & Video content optimisation
- Motion graphics or animation experience
