We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist & Website Developer to manage website updates, optimize SEO, and handle basic customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience with website management and be comfortable working with platforms like WordPress and Duda.

Responsibilities:
-Perform SEO optimization and ensure website updates are implemented effectively
-Generate reports on website performance and SEO improvements
-Log in to the app and respond to customer inquiries professionally
-Direct customer requests to the appropriate email or phone contact for further assistance

A Typical Day Includes:
-Updating website content and optimizing pages for SEO
-Reviewing and analyzing SEO reports for potential improvements
-Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in Teakto
-Coordinating with internal teams to escalate customer concerns if necessary

Must-Have Skills:
-Strong knowledge of website management and SEO optimization
-Experience with WordPress and Duda
-Ability to troubleshoot basic website issues and implement updates

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic customer service experience

Working hours:
(GMT-05:00) (WBT): US/Central
40 hours/week
Monday-Friday
8 am est to 4 pm CST
