I'm looking for a reliable video editor to help me edit simple screen-recording videos.

What You'll Receive
Raw screen recording footage
Voice-over audio

Your Job
Your task is very straightforward:
Listen to the voice-over.
Edit the screen recording so that the visuals match what is being explained in the audio.
Cut out unnecessary parts and keep the video flowing smoothly.
Blur any personal or sensitive information that may appear on screen (such as email addresses, account details, personal information, etc.).
That's it.
I am not looking for:
Fancy animations
Motion graphics
Sound effects
Background music
Complex editing
The main goal is simply to ensure that whatever is being discussed in the audio is clearly visible in the video at the same time.

Work Volume
Currently, I publish about one video per week because of time constraints.
Once I have a dependable editor handling the editing, I'll be able to spend more time recording content. This means the number of videos per month will likely increase over time.

Payment
$1 per minute of the final edited video.
The voice-over audio will already be finalized when I send it to you. You will not need to edit, shorten, extend, clean up, or otherwise modify the audio.
Your job is simply to edit the screen recording footage so that it matches what is being said in the voice-over.
Since the audio length is fixed, the final video length will generally be determined by the audio file I provide.
Examples:
5-minute final video = $5 payment
10-minute final video = $10 payment
In most cases, the duration of the final video will closely match the duration of the voice-over that I send you.
