Simple Screen Recorder & Video Assembler (Repetitive Task / Part-Time)

The Role:
We are a software tutorial publisher looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to record and assemble simple, 2-to-3-minute "How-To" tutorial videos.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a creative video editing job. You do not need to add effects, transitions, or graphics. This is a highly repetitive, assembly-line-style task. If you enjoy simple, clear, repetitive workflows, this is for you.

Your Daily Workflow:

You will be given a list of video topics, MP3 voiceovers, and reference video links.

You will watch the short reference video to see what to click.

You will open the target website/software and use a screen recorder (like OBS) to repeat the exact same clicks on your screen.

You will drop your screen recording and the provided MP3 voiceover into CapCut, sync them together, and cut out any dead space.

Export the MP4 and upload it to our Google Drive.

The Volume & Workload:

This is a high-volume pipeline. You will be required to assemble an average of 30 to 45 short videos per day.

Because the videos are very short and the process is identical every time, this becomes very fast once you learn the system.

Work is assigned on a week-by-week basis. Depending on our content pipeline.

Compensation (Performance-Based):
This is a flexible, task-based contract paid weekly.

Weekly Base Pay: $50 USD per week (for a 5-day workload).

Performance Bonus: You will receive an additional 20% bonus ($10) every single week if your video quota is met on time with zero audio sync errors.

Total Potential Earnings: $60 USD per week.

Payments are made promptly via PayPal.

Requirements:

A reliable PC/Laptop capable of running OBS (or similar screen recorder) and CapCut smoothly.

A highly stable internet connection to upload daily video batches.

Extreme attention to detail (making sure the mouse clicks match the voiceover perfectly).

Excellent English comprehension to follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
