JOB OVERVIEW

Most designers live in a 2D world of pixels and paper. Here, your work has weight, texture, and light. You won’t just be designing logos; you’ll be defining the physical landscape of places people live in. If you’ve ever looked at a building and thought, "That sign should be deeper," or "That finish should be bronze," you belong here.
About Us
We’re a trusted signage and graphics company based in the U.S., known for delivering both long-term contracts and fast-turnaround creative projects. Our team follows clear systems and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results every time.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who understands Design Intent. You should be able to visualize 3D objects in a physical space and provide clear aesthetic directions. You will lead the "vision" phase—selecting the colors, textures, and scales that make a property, office or retail space stand out.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST.
• Location: 100% Remote / Work-from-home.
• Growth: Starting as a contract role with a clear path to increased hours and responsibility as you master our systems.

What We’re Looking For
• 7+ Years of Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator (this is our primary tool).
• Architectural Literacy: Ability to read site maps and floor plans to visualize where signs "live."
• The 3D Eye: A natural sense of scale and an understanding of how 2D designs translate to 3D materials like aluminum and acrylic.
• Industry Experience: Proven background in Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) or Wide-Format Print.
• System-Oriented: You appreciate a team that has clear SOPs and organized workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Transform Spaces: Create "Design Intent" packages for multifamily developments, including entry monuments, wayfinding, and ADA-compliant interior systems.
• Branding and Marketing via Wall Wraps, Fleet Graphics, and other large-format products.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with our international team to move projects from a site map to a finished installation.
• Production Prep: Prepare precise vector files in Illustrator, ensuring color accuracy and brand consistency across all mediums.

Why Join Us?
• Work with an international, process-driven team
• Get exposure to large-scale and quick-turn projects
• Showcase your creativity and build a long-term working relationship
