Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer at AstraLab.ca, you’ll work closely with our design and project management teams to create innovative sign designs. Your role will include developing new projects and converting existing layouts into production-ready files, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate with project managers to deliver on client expectations while managing multiple design requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Take task briefs from clients to understand their design needs and translate them into high-quality, production-ready sign designs.
Develop compelling presentation slides and visual aids that assist sign shop clients in closing sales with their customers.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and AstraLab’s quality standards.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal team members to achieve desired results.
Ensure all files are well-organized and delivered on time, meeting deadlines and production schedules.
Maintain clear and open communication with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Expert in Adobe Illustrator for creating production-ready designs, with strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer; freelance experience considered with a strong portfolio showcasing sign designs.
Knowledge of signage design, with experience in vehicle graphics and dimensional signage is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to accurately read and interpret design briefs and job tickets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Work Schedule and Requirements
Remote position with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
Choose between two shifts:
00:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday (with a 45-minute lunch/coffee break).
05:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday (with a 45-minute lunch/coffee break).
Capable of meeting tight deadlines and occasional overtime when needed.

Compensation
28,000 to 36,000 PHP per month depending on experience
