Short form video editor

We are looking for a fast, efficient short-form video editor to join our team immediately to edit 10 shorts per day.

This is a high-volume, streamlined role. Your specific job will be to take raw footage and apply a clean, high-retention edit.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pacing: Cut out all dead space, breaths, and pauses to keep the videos fast and engaging.
2. Text: Add clean, dynamic on-screen text/captions.
3. Overlays: Add relevant picture overlays to emphasize key points.

Requirements & Compensation:
- Volume: You must be able to deliver 10 completed shorts per day.
- Rate: $1 per short ($10/day total).
- Software: Must be proficient in CapCut
