JOB OVERVIEW

O&O Group company is growing and is looking for Experienced Short Term Rental VA

Our main focus is Israel, Greece, and The Philippines, but we plan to expand to other destinations next year.

As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team.

To be the perfect candidate, one needs to constantly strive to do, ask questions, and focus on how it can be done, rather than why not.

About the role:
* We are offering 6-7 working hours for now until the tourists are 100% going back to Israel.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Communication with the guest from the moment of contact until the day of departure
- Communication with the team (back-office, runners, cleaners, and maintenance team)
- Documentation and tracking of all documents
- Manage the field operation
- Managing charges
- Updating Trackers
- Research
- Other admin tasks

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN SHORT-TERM RENTALS
- Fast learner
- Strong communication skills
- Can work under pressure (the job is not for the faint-hearted)
- Work experience at one of the major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO)
- Can work full-time and extended hours
- Previous experience with Guesty for Pro channel manager and Duve FrontDesk is a must
- The applicant must not be working for another client

The offer:
- The initial salary rate of 5$ per hour with additional raises and bonuses.
