Short Term Rental VA/Social Media Content Creator

Job Title: Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Flexible Work Hours Required)
Starting Wage: $3.50/hour, with periodic raises and an annual performance bonus

About Us:
NSD Property Management specializes in managing short-term and mid-term rental properties across platforms such as Hospitable, Turno, Airbnb, and VRBO. We utilize Upgrade to see actual info and ConnectTeam for task management and team communication, and we monitor property security through Schlage, TTLock, and Blink cameras.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant with a strong background in short-term rentals and social media management to join our team. If you’re passionate about real estate marketing, content creation, and guest relations, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations within our property management software (Hospitable, Blink)
Communicate professionally with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and guests via ConnectTeam
Oversee task management and workflow using Upgrade to see actual info

Create, edit, and publish engaging video and social media content (reels, posts, etc.) for platforms including:
-Instagram
-Facebook
-LinkedIn
-TikTok
-YouTube

Develop creative posts using provided raw video footage
Participate in weekly video calls, actively contributing to discussions
Ensure clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)

Requirements:
- Preferred: Experience in the short-term rental industry
- Preferred: Proficiency with platforms like Hospitable, Turno, Airbnb, VRBO, Rankbreeze
- Strong skills in video editing and social media content creation
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Open availability & flexibility to accommodate workflow demands
- Ability to attend weekly video calls with a working camera, microphone, and reliable computer
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, ConnectTeam, or similar task management tools
