# Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Guest Communications & Operations)

**We will only consider applicants with proven experience working within the UK Short-Term Rental industry.**
General Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, Hotel, Call Centre, or Property Management experience alone is **not sufficient**. You must have previous experience working with UK short-let properties and understand the day-to-day operations involved.
We are a growing short-term rental management company looking for a reliable, organised, and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team.

## What You'll Be Doing
* Managing guest communications across Airbnb,
* Responding promptly to guest enquiries and messages.
* Taking calls from guests and assisting with any issues or questions.
* Coordinating with our team to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
* Working with our Channel Manager, Zeevou.
* Managing and monitoring cleaning schedules to ensure all properties are guest-ready.
* Coordinating with cleaners and reporting any issues.
* Tracking property finances, expenses, and operational costs.
* Maintaining financial records and reporting using spreadsheets and company systems.
* Monitoring reservations and ensuring booking information is accurate.
* Producing daily reports using our systems.
* Supporting the Directors with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
* Assisting with operational tasks to ensure properties run smoothly.

## Experience Required
* Previous experience working with short-term rental properties in the United Kingdom is **essential**.
* Experience communicating with guests through Airbnb,
* Experience managing cleaning schedules and coordinating operational tasks.
* Understanding of UK guest expectations, common guest issues, and short-term rental operations.
### Preferred (But Not Essential)
* Experience using Zeevou.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Experience working evening or night shifts.
**Full training on our systems and processes will be provided. However, you must already have experience working within the UK short-let industry.**
## Requirements
* Must be comfortable working weekends.
* Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet.
* Must have previous experience working with UK short-term rental properties.
