Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties, focusing on guest communication, administrative tasks, scheduling, and vendor coordination. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Communication: Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups through email, phone, and messaging platforms to ensure a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival to post-checkout.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules for efficient turnover between guests, ensuring properties meet our standards of excellence.
• Booking Management: Monitor and update property availability, pricing, and reservations on multiple booking platforms.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with cleaning crews, maintenance teams, and other vendors to resolve issues promptly, escalating any problems as necessary.
• Guest Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns during their stay and manage resolution processes, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Calendar & Workflow Management: Organize daily tasks, property check-ins/outs, and service appointments to maintain smooth operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain property records, guest feedback, incident logs, and other administrative documents in our property management system.
• Social Media Support (Optional): Assist with creating and scheduling content for our social media platforms to promote properties and engage with potential guests.
