Short Form Video Recap

We are looking for a talented and creative Short Form Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing engaging, high-quality video clips from popular live streamers' content, specifically tailored for TikTok. Your primary focus will be to transform raw live streaming footage into viral short-form videos that resonate with TikTok audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing and Production: Efficiently edit raw live streaming content into short, compelling videos suitable for TikTok. This includes cutting, splicing, color correction, adding text overlays, and incorporating creative transitions to enhance the viewer experience.

Content Selection: Identify and extract the most engaging and relevant segments from live streams that have the potential to go viral on TikTok.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, music, and popular formats to ensure that the content remains fresh and appealing to the target audience.

Collaboration with Content Creators: Work closely with live streamers to understand their content and brand voice, ensuring that the edited videos align with their personal brand and appeal to their followers.

Quality Control: Ensure that all videos meet high-quality standards and are in line with TikTok's guidelines and policies.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and content creators to continually improve the quality of the videos.

Deadline Management: Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on short-form content for social media platforms like TikTok.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and its audience.
Excellent sense of timing and visual awareness.
A creative mind with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
