Short Form Video Editor WANTED!

We're looking for a professional short-form video editor to join our team. We have a team of 7 and are looking to expand. Your role will be to edit highly engaging, fast-paced short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with our brand and hooks viewers instantly.

Must Have Experience – Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Edit high-impact short-form videos that drive engagement and retention.
Add dynamic captions, smooth transitions, and eye-catching visuals.
Maintain a consistent, brand-aligned editing style.
Optimize sound design, pacing, and storytelling for maximum impact.
Ensure quick turnaround times while keeping quality high.

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software).
Understanding of viral content, trends, and hooks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
Graphic design skills for thumbnails are a huge plus!
