Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram Reels) — Long-Term

We're a growing social media agency looking for a reliable, talented short-form video editor to join our team long-term. We create Instagram Reels for our creators, and we need someone who can turn raw footage into clean, engaging, ready-to-post videos — consistently, every day.

This is steady, ongoing work with a simple, organized system. You'll always know exactly what to edit and where to send it. If you're fast, detail-oriented, and you take pride in your work, you'll do great here — and there's room to grow with us.

What you'll do:
- Edit short-form videos (Reels) from the footage we provide
- Add captions, sound, and simple effects to make each video post-ready
- Follow our simple posting format so everything stays organized
- Deliver a consistent number of videos each day

What we're looking for:
- Experience editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Good eye for pacing, captions, and clean edits
- Reliable, communicates well, and hits deadlines
- Has their own computer and stable internet

Nice to have: experience with Instagram or social media content.

We'll provide everything you need: footage, instructions, and a clear workflow. Full training on our system.
