Short-Form Video Editor & Creative Partner — Reels/Shorts, Turkish Content (Notion + AI Tools)

ABOUT THE ROLE
I'm Asl? Üstündal — a transformation coach, content creator, and founder of Yarat?c? Dönü?üm. I help Turkish-speaking women transform their lives, and my work lives on Instagram ---------- and ---------- is not a casual freelance editing gig. We're building something powerful, and we need someone who obsesses over every cut, every hook, every second of retention.

NON-NEGOTIABLE — ALL CONTENT IS IN TURKISH

You must be able to watch, understand, and edit Turkish-language video with full comprehension, using transcription and AI tools where needed. If you can't work fluently with Turkish audio and subtitles, this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Core Deliverables

Minimum 30 pieces of short-form content per month, delivered in 2-week sprint cycles
Reels and Shorts: hook-first, retention-optimised, platform-native
Talking-head edits: tight pacing, clean cuts, strong energy
B-roll integration: cinematic, intentional, on-brand
YouTube highlight and clip extraction from long-form content
Subtitles and captions in Turkish, accurate and on-brand
A/B testing hooks for trial reels
Exporting no-hook versions for TikTok

Creative Partnership

Proactively pitch editing styles, trend adaptations, and creative directions
Stay ahead of platform shifts on Instagram and YouTube
Bring storytelling instincts to every edit, not just technical execution
Support content ideation when relevant

Tools & Systems

Heavy use of AI tools for transcription, captioning, and workflow efficiency
Transcription tools (Descript, Captions, OpusClip or equivalent)
Notion for tracking edits and deadlines
