I’m hiring a long-term short-form editor to run my content editing system.

I film raw content. You turn it into high-performing short videos and help manage the workflow using Google Drive + Trello.

This is NOT a “one video = done” job. One raw file gets repurposed into multiple unique versions for different accounts (to avoid duplicate content flags and to maximize reach).

What you’ll be editing (3 buckets)

Top funnel (viral): tradie / relatable clips, skits, controversial hooks, stitches

Middle funnel (story): my journey + transformation (voiceover + talking head)

Bottom funnel (CTA/money): how I make money (birdseye desk style / talking to camera)

Your daily focus (starting)

Create 6 approved reels per day for my accounts to begin and eventually 10+ (depending on how hungry you are to grow and make $$$)

Repurpose existing content into fresh versions (new hooks, captions, b-roll, pacing, etc.)

Keep everything organized in Drive + Trello (I’ll train you)

Must-have editing standards

No awkward gaps, tight pacing

Strong first 1–3 seconds

Captions + emphasis text + pattern interrupts

B-roll that changes every ~3–4 seconds when needed

Clean export settings for IG/TikTok/Shorts

Tools

CapCut (phone or desktop) is fine. Premiere/DaVinci also fine. You must be comfortable with:

Google Drive folder systems

Trello boards

Following a style guide + checklists

PAY (Simple + Performance Based)
Base pay

$2 USD per approved video (only paid when it hits my quality standard and is ready to post)

View bonuses (paid monthly, counted at 30 days after posting)

Top funnel / viral content bonuses:

50k–99,999 views: +$5

100k–499,999: +$10

500k–999,999: +$15

1M+: +$20

CTA / bottom-funnel content bonuses (lower view thresholds):

20k–49,999 views: +$10

Follower milestone bonuses (one-time per account)

Long-term growth path: if you’re great, you’ll move into Creative Ops Manager (managing multiple accounts editing/systems).
