Short Form Video Editor

Vaughan Visuals is looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our growing team.

We work with businesses across multiple industries to create engaging social media content that helps them attract customers, build their brand, and grow their business. We're looking for an editor who understands modern social media content and can turn raw footage into videos that keep viewers watching.

What You'll Do:

- Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging, retention-focused edits
- Add captions, graphics, sound effects, music, and transitions when appropriate
- Follow creative direction and brand guidelines
- Deliver projects on time and communicate clearly throughout the editing process
- Make revisions when necessary

What You'll Receive:

- Organized footage folders
- Talking-head footage
- B-roll footage
- Scripts or content direction
- Examples of the editing style we're looking for

Requirements:

- Experience editing short-form content
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Reliable communication and turnaround times
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:
