Convert long-form YouTube videos (max 30 min each) into vertical shorts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X. Typical batch is 10 sources producing 20–30 shorts. 1-week max turnaround per batch. Volume varies month to month.

We are not hiring a cropper. You need to:
- Rearrange animated graphics from the source (lower-thirds, charts, titles) to fit vertical
- Reposition speakers so heads and gestures stay centered
- Spot quotable ---------- nts in talking-head content — picking the right 45 seconds matters as much as the edit
- Make each clip look like it was shot for vertical
