About Us
We're a London-based creative content consultancy producing short-form
social content for a small portfolio of growing brands. Tight team, fast
pace, no bureaucracy. Strict NDA on client names.

The Role
You'll edit 10 to 20 short-form pieces per week in Premiere Pro with After
Effects, or DaVinci Resolve with Fusion — your call, work in whichever you
ship fastest in. Footage and assets are delivered to you via ---------- and
Google Drive. You cut, caption, motion-design, sound-design, colour, and
export to spec. We review, you revise, we ship.

What you'll be editing (three repeating formats)

1) Podcast clips, talking-head with motion design
60 to 90 second vertical cuts pulled from long-form podcast recordings.
Two-camera setup, separate audio tracks. Punchy hooks in the first 3
seconds, animated captions on-brand, lower thirds, light motion graphics
(kinetic type, callouts, simple transitions). Sometimes paired with a
matching square carousel for LinkedIn (5 to 8 slides in After Effects
or Resolve Fusion, exported as PNGs or 1x1 video).

2) Talking-head videos with supplied B-roll
30 to 90 second vertical or square edits where we send you the A-roll
(presenter to camera) and a B-roll package. You cut the talking head
tightly, motivate B-roll insertions, add captions, light sound design,
colour-match A and B-roll. No need to source footage — it's all supplied.

3) Static and animated carousels (occasional)
LinkedIn and Instagram square carousels built from supplied copy and
brand templates. 5 to 10 slides. Sometimes a short animated version for
the lead slide.

Weekly deliverables
- 10 to 20 short-form pieces, mostly 15 to 90 seconds
- Burned-in captions, brand-styled per client, accurate to audio
- B-roll cutaways motivated by content (not pasted on top)
- Light motion design (kinetic captions, callouts, lower thirds, end cards)
- Clean H.264 exports to platform spec (1080x1920, 1080x1080, 1920x1080)
- Organised project files returned to shared drive

Must have
- Fluent in either Premiere Pro + After Effects OR DaVinci Resolve + Fusion
- Strong captioning craft (kinetic, on-brand, accurate, not auto-generated
garbage)
- Portfolio of at least 5 short-form edits you personally cut, including
at least one podcast clip and one talking-head with B-roll
- Fluent written and conversational English
- Wired internet, minimum 50 Mbps down / 20 up
- Machine able to run your chosen software smoothly, minimum 16GB RAM,
dedicated GPU
- Daily 4-hour overlap with UK hours (3pm to 11pm Manila works)

Nice to have
- Real motion design chops (kinetic type, simple 2D animation in AE or Fusion)
- Carousel and static design (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma)
- Sound design and audio cleanup (iZotope RX, Fairlight, Audition)
- Real colour grading beyond auto-balance
- Familiarity with ---------- , Notion, Slack

Pay
£500/month flat (approx PHP 35,000), paid via Wise on the 1st.
60-day review for raise to £550 to £650 based on quality and ownership.
Paid trial task before hire: $40 USD flat on delivery.
13th-month bonus paid in December as standard.

Mon to Fri, 6 to 8 hours daily. Your weekends are yours.
