I run a short-form content operation producing high-volume clips daily for affiliate offers in the US market (sweepstakes, lead generation, app installs, and other formats). I am hiring a full-time editor to take over daily clip production. This is ongoing, long-term work, and I am committed to growing with editors who deliver consistently.

**About the role:**

- **Concrete raise commitment:** Within your first two weeks at full-time pace (roughly 480 clips), if your clips are meeting the quality bar, being delivered on time, and performing on the platform, your base moves up immediately. **$100 minimum** for editors hitting the quality bar consistently, **up to $200** for editors whose clips are clearly driving results. This is not a 60 to 90 day wait. The first two weeks are the evaluation window.
- **Performance bonuses on viral clips:** $10 per 100K views, paid out bi-weekly alongside base. **No cap.**
- Long-term editors continue to see their pay grow as they take on more formats and responsibility. If you stick with me and your clips are making money, you will keep getting paid more.
- Direct working relationship, no agency layers or middlemen
- Full-time, Monday through Saturday, Sunday off
- **$500/month base**, paid bi-weekly via Remitly (GCash, Maya, BDO, or bank transfer on your end)

**What you'll do:**

- Receive a content document the day before each work day, listing what needs to be edited
- Source raw clips from TikTok based on the reference provided. Sometimes I will include specific clips in the daily document for you to use directly. Other times you will source clips yourself based on the reference style. Sourcing is straightforward and I will train you on it during the training week.
- Edit clips in CapCut into **5 to 11 second videos** (cuts, speed, crop, zoom, audio layering)
- Upload finished clips to a shared Google Drive folder by the daily deadline

For the short, simple background-style clips this role is currently focused on, the daily target is **40+ clips**. This number is based on times I have personally documented while editing these clips myself. As you become more efficient with the workflow, the realistic ceiling climbs to 50 or 60 clips per day. You can also create multiple variations from a single source clip, which makes the daily target very manageable.

**Quality is the gate, not raw count.** I would rather have 45 strong clips than 60 mediocre ones. You will be evaluated on consistency, quality, clip output that gets approved without major revisions, and on-time delivery.

**Schedule:**

You will work **Monday through Saturday** in Philippine time. Sunday is your day off.

The night before each work day, you receive a document listing the videos you need to edit. You complete the edits during your work day and upload everything to Google Drive before the daily deadline of **8:00 AM US Central Time, which is roughly 9:00 PM the same day Philippine time.**

For Monday clips: the document arrives Sunday afternoon Philippine time, but you are not expected to touch it until Monday. You edit Monday during your normal work hours and submit before Monday 9:00 PM Philippine time.

Working hours within each day are flexible. You set your own daily window and tell me what it is. What I require is that during the window you commit to, you are actively working and available. If I message you during your stated hours, I expect a prompt response. If I need to jump on a call during your stated hours, I expect you to be available.

**Hiring Process:**

The hiring process has three stages. Once you complete all three, you are fully onboarded and we work together long-term.

**1. Skill check (unpaid, under 30 minutes).** I send one reference clip. You source a similar clip and edit it to match the format. This confirms you can edit in CapCut and source clips on TikTok.

**2. Paid sample task ($10, roughly 2 hours).** Around 10 clips. This is a paid sample of the actual work so you are not working for free, even at this small scale. It confirms you can produce the format consistently.

**3. Paid training week ($100 for 6 days).** This is not a volume test. It is a paid, structured onboarding week. Daily commitment is roughly 4 hours, including approximately 10 clips per day focused on quality and a daily call (up to one hour) where I walk you through my standard operating procedures, how to source clips on TikTok, the various formats we use, and the way I like clips edited. Some days I provide source clips directly so you can focus on editing, other days you practice sourcing yourself. Mistakes during this week are expected and addressed directly.

After the training week, you are brought on full-time at the **$500/month base**, with the two-week raise window described above.
