Short-Form Video Editor

We're looking for a reliable video editor to help produce short-form content daily. The work is straightforward with clear daily direction provided.

**What you'll do:**
- Receive daily direction with a reference video and instructions
- Source raw clips from TikTok based on the reference provided
- Edit clips into 7–11 second videos in CapCut
- Deliver all clips to a shared Google Drive folder by 8am US Central Time

**What we're looking for:**
- CapCut experience — cuts, speed adjustments, cropping, zoom, audio layering
- Able to search and source clips on TikTok by topic or style
- Consistent and reliable daily output
- Follows reference examples closely and takes direction well
- Quick to respond when messaged
- Prior experience editing or sourcing content for affiliate marketing is a plus

**Schedule:**
- Monday through Saturday, Sunday off
- Philippine public holidays observed
- Flexible working hours — work whenever suits you as long as clips are in Google Drive by 8am US Central Time daily
- This is a full-time role

**Confidentiality:**
All work, content, and communications related to this role are strictly confidential. This is non-negotiable.

**Pay:**
- Base: $500/month
- Pay will depend on output quantity and quality over time
- Payment via GCash, bi-weekly
- One week trial at $100 — 10 clips per day during trial
- Raises available for editors who perform well and show up consistently

**Trial task (required to apply):**
We will send you one reference video. Source a similar clip and edit it to match the format. Should take under 30 minutes. Applications without the completed task will not be considered.
