Short Form Content Operator (SOP-Based Role)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help assemble short-form video reels for our clients.

This is not a creative video editor role.
This is an execution role based entirely on:
• following Loom training videos
• following written SOPs
• assembling reels from provided footage
• meeting deadlines consistently

No advanced editing skills are required.
This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable following structured instructions and working independently.

Your Responsibilities:
• Assemble short-form reels using provided footage
• Follow our exact structure and formatting
• Apply captions and basic edits as shown in training
• Deliver work on time
• Communicate clearly and reliably

Trial Task:
Before any interview, you will be asked to complete a trial task.

The trial task is:
• Create 1 reel using footage and instructions we provide
• This will test your ability to follow our SOP
• This is a free trial task

Important – How to Apply:
To ensure you have read this properly, your application must start with:

“I would like the raw footage for the trial task.”

Applications that do not start with this sentence will not be considered.

Pay Structure:
• First month: $125 for 1 client
• Each client requires 12 reels per month
• If your work is reliable and meets our standards, you will be increased to 3 clients
• Total pay at 3 clients: $375 per month
• Further increases are possible based on performance

When following our system, a reel typically takes less than one hour to assemble.

Next Steps:
If your trial task is completed to standard, you will be invited to a short interview before being onboarded.
