- Integrate the chatbot with Shopline's API and payment gateways.
- Create automated responses for FAQs and guide users through the purchase process.
- Ensure real-time inventory updates and notifications.
- Track key metrics and generate performance reports.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop user guides and train the client's team.
