JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated full-time professional to manage ISO(US MIDs) requests on Telegram, provide technical support to clients, and handle Shopify store creation and modifications. This role requires working night shifts in the Philippines to align with our business hours. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Telegram Group Management
Monitor all relevant Telegram groups to track ISO and client requests.

Quickly identify and respond to messages containing specific requests for documents or information.

Maintain an organized system for tracking and fulfilling requests.

2. Document Management
Search for required documents in the company’s internal database.

Share files directly in Telegram groups or escalate unfulfilled requests to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Log all requests systematically in a centralized file (e.g., Google Sheets) with statuses updated regularly.

3. Client Problem-Solving
Provide real-time assistance to clients on Telegram groups, addressing issues related to:

Shopify

CheckoutChamp

Payment processors

Technical troubleshooting

Escalate complex problems when necessary and ensure timely resolution.

4. Shopify Store Creation and Customization
Create new Shopify stores from scratch based on client requirements.

Modify existing Shopify stores as requested by ISOs, Brokers, or Clients, including:

Text changes

Layout adjustments

Code customizations using Shopify's Liquid language

Integrate third-party apps and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
Intermediate/Expert level proficiency in Shopify (store creation, theme customization, Liquid coding).

Familiarity with CheckoutChamp and its integration with Shopify.

Experience with payment processors and e-commerce platforms.

Proficiency in Telegram for business communication.

Ability to use Loom for creating tutorials or explaining processes.

Language Skills
Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatory.

French proficiency is a plus.

Tools and Equipment
Reliable computer setup with a stable internet connection capable of handling remote work tasks.

Work Schedule
Full-time position.

Night shift (Philippine time) to align with international business hours.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary
$4 per hour (negotiable based on skills and experience).

Payment Terms
Payments can be made weekly (every Friday) or monthly via bank transfer, depending on your preference.

Performance Bonuses
