Shopify and Wordpress developer

I am looking for a shopify and wordpress developer. You will have to modify several websites and web shops regularly to improve the conversion rate. It is therefore a plus if you also have experience with CRO optimisation.

We start at 8 hours a week. Distributed over the week, but it can also be 1 fixed day.

I am looking for a qualitative and proactive person who also comes up with ideas to improve the shopify/woocommerce stores and wordpress websites.
