Shopify Virtual Assistant VA Experienced

We’re looking for a skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing products in Shopify — from listings and images to using advanced features like metafields. You’ll also use AI tools to boost productivity and follow SOPs to ensure consistency across our workflows.
Your Role

- List and optimize products (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).

- Work confidently with Shopify’s backend, including metafields, collections, CSVs, and bulk editing.

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and AI image editors to improve product content and streamline tasks.

- Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.

- Keep product data organized, clean, and conversion-focused.

- Work directly with the founders and team to help scale the brand.

Requirements

- Strong experience with Shopify, including metafields, CSVs, product feeds, and store optimization.

- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI for images, automation).

- Comfortable working with and executing SOPs.

- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
