Shopify Virtual Assistant – Product Uploading (Print on Demand)

I run a Shopify store and I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me upload products. This is a high-volume role — we'll be adding hundreds of products over time. I'll provide all the designs; your job is to create the products in the store and get them listed correctly.
The process is simple and repetitive, and I'll teach you everything step by step. What matters most is that you follow instructions carefully, stay consistent, and pick things up quickly.

Responsibilities

Create and upload products to my Shopify store using designs I provide
Set up product details accurately (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, images, tags)
Maintain consistency across a large catalog
Follow my process and templates closely

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
Fast learner who can stick to a repeatable workflow
Reliable, organized, and good at handling repetitive tasks without errors
Comfortable working independently once trained
Good written English for communication

Nice to Have (not required)

Experience operating a Shopify store
Familiarity with Print on Demand (POD) workflows
