- Responsibilities -
1. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and special tickets that require manual intervention.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
- Advice on products, shipping and complaints, payment and promotions
- Coordinating and processing order fulfillment, tracking and complaints
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience at SATIVIA
2. E-commerce Operations:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time to meet customer expectations
- Conduct monthly maintenance of the online store, including updating product listings, checking for technical issues, and optimizing user experience.

- Fluid in German in English
- You have already gained experience in e-commerce customer service & as VA
- At best, you are already familiar with Shopify and Google Workspace
- You are resilient and have strong rhetorical skills
- You have no problem working in shifts or sometimes on weekends
Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Shopify, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of AI chatbots and automation tools is a plus.
